The Harbord Diggers Club is currently undergoing a phenomenal transformation building a world class intergenerational precinct. To support the venture, the team is in the process of developing an authentic team who share the same values and champion our vision of a superior customer experience. This is a rare opportunity for an energetic, motivated and committed team player to join our FUN Member Services team.
Is for enthusiastic “entertainers” who enjoy meeting and greeting our members and guests whilst making a memorable first impression last. Your outgoing, confident and energetic demeanour will assist you with the following duties:
Making ALL members and guests feel welcome
Providing information to our Members and Guests and directions within the Club
Answering telephone enquiries
Operating a POS & Eftpos terminal
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Superior customer service
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
An eye for detail and a passion making others feel welcome
Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
