The role:

Manly Bowling Club is looking for a Chef to work independently in the busy bistro kitchen ensuring a consistent standard of service.

  • Managing food prep and ordering produce.
  • Service and preparation of all bistro and function meals
  • Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
  • Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality

The person:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • Must be able to work independently
  • Self-discipline, team player with initiative.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Organised and customer focused
  • Motivation, urgency and consistency
  • Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and appropriately manage solutions with Venue Manager
  • Full availability (days, nights, weekends & public holidays)
